Consent to personal data processing

By this, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152 "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, freely, of my own will and in my interest, I express my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by Individual Entrepreneur Aleksandr Sergeevich Kozakov (INN: 560902311221), registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation at the address: 460530, Orenburg region, Ivanovka village, Zvezdnaya str., 41 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

Personal data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual on the basis of such information.

This Consent is given by me for the processing of the following personal data:

  • Your name;
  • E-mail;
  • Phone;
  • Your region;
  • Your question

Consent is given to the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data using automation tools and/or without using such tools: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, depersonalization, as well as the implementation of any other actions provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, both non-automated and automated methods.

This consent is given to the Operator for the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:

  • provision of services/work to me;
  • sending notifications to me regarding the services/work provided;
  • preparation and sending of responses to my requests;
  • sending information to me, including advertising, about the Operator's events/goods/services/work

This consent is valid for 90 (ninety) calendar days or until the moment of its withdrawal by sending a corresponding notification to the email address mail@alexscop.com. In the event of my withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2 – 11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10 and part 2 of article 11 of Federal Law No. 152 "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
