A highly functional B2B website for a manufacturer of plastic caps, pipes, and furniture fittings (TakeCAP). Fully custom design and development.

Technical and Design Features:

Industrial Design: A strict, professional color palette in blue and white tones. The clean grid and logical layout emphasize the technical nature of the products.

Smart Catalog with Dimension Calculator: The key feature of the site is the specialized search. Users can find the right cap not just by name, but also using visual calculators by entering exact pipe parameters (diameter, side A and B in mm) for round, square, and rectangular profiles.

Filters and Product Cards: Detailed filters by type/kind, diameter, color, and stock availability (in stock / made to order). The product card includes a photo gallery, color selection, wholesale prices depending on order volume (e.g., 60 ₽ per 1-100 pcs, 60 ₽ per 101-500 pcs, etc.), and detailed technical specifications.

Full B2B Ordering (Cart): A complex cart module has been implemented with order checkout for both individuals and legal entities (with a form for company details). The system automatically calculates the cost, including delivery conditions for St. Petersburg and the Russian Federation.

Trust and Navigation Blocks: Includes sections like "Why choose us" (delivery, warehouse, production, discounts), step-by-step instructions "How to place an order", and a contact page with interactive maps (Yandex Maps) and legal details (INN, KPP).

Result:

A thoughtful and effective tool for the industrial sector. The specialized dimension calculator significantly simplifies and speeds up part selection for engineers and procurement specialists. Thanks to the implemented wholesale pricing system and full cart for legal entities, the site successfully automates the processing of complex B2B orders.
